A native of Detroit, Michigan, Phillip holds a Master's degree in Criminal Law from Western Governors University and is an alumnus of the College of Southern Nevada. Currently residing in Las Vegas, he continues to bring his profound knowledge and leadership to the forefront of security and protection services, ensuring safety and excellence in every endeavor.
